Manger in Training will be working alongside owners in carrying out the business operations of the coffee shop (finances, suppliers, management. etc.) as well as developing intercultural experience (language development, community building, local church involvement, etc.)

Coffee and Conversation Intern will work with owners and manager to develop their knowledge of business, coffee, and English event planning, as well as dedicate time to take Spanish language and culture classes.

Coffee and Conversation Student will work with owners and manager to apply what they are learning in the classroom to business operations, while gaining work experience.

Coffee and Conversation Volunteer will help with weekly English conversation events by engaging non-native English speakers in discussion to help them practice and be more comfortable in the English language.
